President & CEO
Ryuki Asahi is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rise Consulting Group, Inc. Prior to the establishment of Rise Consulting Group, Asahi played leadership roles in management in Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., global consulting firm and a domestic consulting firm, where he served as an executive. Asahi has extensive knowledge in the fields of new business strategy, overseas expansion strategy, sales strategy, change management and business integration.
T. Sato
Executive Officer, Partner
T. Sato has lead various project from strategy development to implementation as start-up member of Roland Berger and venture consulting firm. He has knowledge in many theme and industry such as retail, manufacturing, energy and finance. After joined Rise consulting group, he is in charge of strategy consulting such as new strategy development, overseas expansion strategy, business model reform and Medium-term management plan development.

Joined Rise Consulting Group, Inc after careers in Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., foreign consulting firm. Having a wide range of experience, ・Company-wide reform ・Management integration ・Organizational restructuring ・Of large-scale projects PMO ・IT Strategic Planning ・New business planning Well-experienced in strategy development and implementation in the area of organitaion&operation and IT. In recent, focusing on consulting that lead to the activation of the region.
M. Goto
Partner
M. Goto joined Rise Consulting Group after his career in Accenture and a major Japanese domestic consulting firm. Goto leads PMO service for large-scale system development, business process reforms, business process outsourcing, and contact center reforms.
T. Kitamura
Partner
T. Kitamura joined Rise Consulting Group after his career in an IT consulting firm and Nomura Research Institute, Ltd.. He is in charge of various projects of system introduction, PMO service and IT strategy consulting including business reform and conceptualization utilizing latest technology such as AI/RPA for financial institution (such as bank and insurance) and government.

Partner
M. Takashi engaged mainly on digital consulting and project management focusing on e-commerce and company-wide business process and IT reformation project in Accenture and Dentsu. After joining Rise Consulting Group, he leads projects of consulting and PMO, in the area of business process, IT and Digital.
T. Tohi
President of Singapore Office, Senior Manager
T. Tohi joined Rise Consulting Group after his career in a stock brokerage firm, an IT business venture and a firm specialized in overseas business expansion. Tohi has led business strategy consulting program related overseas market and PMO service for global project. Tohi assumed the post of head of Singapore office.
K. Tanji
Senior Manager
Engaged in Industry-government-academia collaboration project in the field of environment and energy at University and research institute. Joined domestic consulting firm and handled mostly new business development in the field of energy prior to joining rise consulting group. Highly skilled in the field of social infrastructure, and has experience in new business development throughout policy proposal.

Senior Manager
T.Yamauchi joined Rise Consulting Group after his career in Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC. Well-experienced in multiple industry segment including manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial industry. He has led a variety of projects, including business management improvement, business process reforms, BPO/SSC, IT strategy planning, and PMO for large scale system development/implementation.
T. Kanakogi

T. Kanakogi joined Rise Consulting Group after his career in accounting consulting firm and major system integrator company in Japan. He experienced PMO in business integration, business innovation and system introduction. He is promoting profit maximization of client by realizing overall optimization with executing both reflection of field demand and company optimization from the manager’s point of view.

T. Takayama joined Rise Consulting Group after his career in accounting consulting firm in Japan. He mainly took charge of the BPR project with various industry and client from planning to implementation. His strength is driving and execution power to put strategy or project into execution, and bridging power from management layer to field level.

T. Uchida joined Rise Consulting Group after his career in Accenture. He took charge of business strategy development project with various industry such as car, pharma and finance company. Especially he is strong at development of new business strategy with utilizing latest technology such as Fintech, IoT and AI.
