・ In laboratory of the client of digital area, digital business incubation is in implementation.

・ Part of this activity, certain B2B application has developed, and it seems to pass field test in certain industry, with great result.

・ However, scale is not enough as business by launching service only for that industry. So we set two objections of research of other industry and creation of business plan.

・ Select 4 industries that have potential from 17 and carried out research intensively. As a result, it is revealed that 2 industries of 4 are hopeful to become profitable. We developed business plan with 3 scenario.

・ Also contributed smooth startup by acquiring “Lead” connected to PoC through the interview in the project.
