・ The mission is to develop competitive infrastructure in cost, speed and usability by gathering technical and operational know-how from current service of cloud platform and virtual infrastructure service for consumer business, and it was started with the aim of product consolidation by each infrastructure, standardization of design, establishment of cooperative organization and introduction of advanced technologies.

・ Based on background above, development project was aimed at new cloud platform commercialization and operational costs reducing, based on feasibility verification.

・ As PMO support, it was aimed at project stabilization through support and improvement of project management of development.

・ Through checking of current project custody and participation for each mtg, analyzed project situation and visualized project issues.

・ Created improvement plans based on issued extracted, did prioritization for these plans, and implemented each improvement plans with development team including vendor and client, contributed project stabilization.
